of two ways, via text or via paypal.In order for you to receive your free CD
you must complete two steps. For these steps there are two different options:
Option 1 (Text Option) – Pay
for the postage by texting the CD number of your choice to text number 60999
and then register your details on the Online
Registration Form.
Option 2 (Paypal Option) –
Pay for the postage via paypal, click on the CD of your choice, then register
your details on the Online
Registration Form.
